Learning and Healing with Horses

Established in 2017. Committed to Excellence

Equine Assisted Learning

Ainrush Stables is a dedicated new equine assisted learning centre established in 2017, nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Ballyhoura mountain range in Co. Limerick. We aim to provide a service directed towards the individuals needs in a caring and compassionate manner.

  • Do you suffer from anxiety?

  • Are you lacking confidence?

  • Do you find it difficult to be assertive?

  • Would you like to develop mindfulness skills?

We can work on these and many other issues.

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) aims to bring you on a journey of self discovery by increasing self-awareness and self-management through a range of fun and challenging activities interacting with horses on the ground. No horse riding is involved with activities and no experience with horses is required.  Under the guidance of the EAL facilitator this will provide a range of skills to enhance your personal and work life.

Equine Assisted Learning Sessions can be anything from 1/2 day/full day team building experiences to more individual tailored sessions once weekly for 6 weeks depending on individual needs. Individual sessions typically last 60-90 mins.

Nursing Home Outreach

Our ponies had a wonderful time at the Maria Goretti nursing home in Kilmallock this week. They especially enjoyed being groomed by Paddy who is aged 94! Paddy really bonded with Lettie and Stitch and we really hope we get to all meet again soon!
